Registry Trust Limited is a not for profit company which operates the Registry of Judgments, Orders and Fines for England and Wales on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. All the information on the register is public information and anybody may have access.

The register is divided into four sections:

- Section one includes county court money judgments, administration orders and some child support liability orders

- Section two includes High Court money Judgments

- Section three includes Fines registered by Local Justice Areas

- Section four includes enforced Tribunal Awards
